360 Property Management

I have always lived in a house but due to the economy and being a single mom the only way to save was to down size. After 2 years of searching for the perfect home I finally found 360 property management. The process of viewing the rental- checking my credit- back round check was so easy and was done within hours of contact! I absolutely fell in love with my newly renovated rental! April is amazing and made my move in so easy from fixing last minute issues to setting me up online with their online portal (which makes paying my rent super easy). April responds to every call and text immediately. 360 management has exceeded my expectations - I would never want to rent from anyone else!

I have been a resident at a 360 property for 2 years. I have to say that this is by far the most professional property management team I've ever dealt with. April is courteous and responsive and gets things done. She is always accessible to me as a tenant!!! Karin in the office is great too! I would definitely recommend 360 property management for your rental/ property management needs!

360 Property Management has been wonderful to work with. Corina and the whole team are very helpful and professional. Great detail is paid to keeping our property safe and clean. Any questions are handled promptly and efficiently. The online resident center makes paying rent or putting in maintenance requests a breeze . I would highly recommend them to anyone!

December Update: electricians replaced breakers and reviewed all outlets for issues finally after we complained about feeling unsafe still.. We were never given a report on their findings.... they kept passing the blame but the issues stopped. Now we have a new property management co. and will see how they respond mobing forward. ** Extremely varied experiences so far in the years we've rented from 360. Initially, management was quick to address mostly small issues in a brand new building, and the first manager was professional and courteous. We've had constant ELECTRICAL issues for months since two power outages (reported a year ago, much smaller/just some flickering, not FUSES always flipping) and while 360 has replied (after 10 maintenance req updates, a couple of emails, messages, etc.) NOTHING has been done in our unit. We've been promised an electrician will be over, and the Central Hudson was recently notified. No updates, no visits. This is specific to our building so WHY such a delay? Time to hire more people/more qualified people to handle your workload, 360. The rent is HIGH and they do raise it too much, too often, despite the fact that the place is nice. The maintenance staff are great! They are helpful and very knowledgeable whenever we've interacted with them. The admin staff can be responsive but sometimes it goes nowhere. (Pam was helpful and nice, April was incredibly rude, Darcy was professional, and others have been okay but not exactly professional or quite efficient enough in this instance.) Clearly this business needs to rethink its approach/communication... Maybe prioritize the concerns, quality of life, and safety of your tenants who are giving you tons of money?
