The reviews that post negative about my company are untrue by factious writers. I show up and do the job proper. You can shop around all you want. If you tell me 10 other companies have been to your house maybe I might hang up. Other than that level headed and do what paid for period. Show up within the window or give notice like any other company. Jill O. sounds like the writing style of my ex-wife, unable to verify or remove these comments, btw. Best, -William

Extremely rude, avoid if you like working with good people. Employee hung up on me in the middle of a call because he did not like when I mentioned I was shopping around with other chimney services.

These gentlemen did a great job. They were very reliable and helpful. I would reccomend them to anyone who needs their fireplace to be cleaned out and or fixed. Thank you guys and keep up the great work!

I highly recommend steering clear of this company!  I was given a four hour window in which to expect the technician. 2 1/2 hours into the window I called for an update and was told he would be there within the hour. I called two hours later and was informed the technician had a longer than expected service call and that there was NO ETA!  Really? There was no courtesy call, no recompense, NOTHING! I cannot comment or review any performed service on the cleaning of my chimney, only on the horrible customer service of A-1 Chimney Builders. Reprehensible. Steer clear.
