With all the "off-shore" services on-line with no construction experience or regional knowledge, I was always disappointed, but not with Chianelli, Bobs just what I needed and look forward to using him again! Working with Chianelli Estimating was a great experience and a very smart decision on our part! The Owner, Bobby Chianelli, provided us with a very detailed and accurate cost proposal for our home addition. While the project was complicated, he was extremely thorough, picking up every detail to ensure we had a clear understanding of the overall project cost. While reviewing the plans and project specs, Bobby was able to identify a few design issues ahead of construction, suggest alternative products and material substitutions, which provided for an overall cost savings. Chianelli Estimating was professional, detail oriented and a complete pleasure to work with! We look forward to the next project.

We hired Chianelli Estimating for our home's car port. They did an absolutely amazing job and were a pleasure to work with! I felt a sense of security knowing that they have been in business for so long and have the experience to tell me the truth about our plans. I will only be using them for estimating going forward! Not to mention, Bobby is hilarious and so fun to work with!!

Mr. Chianelli will make a mountain out of a mole hill and charge you hourly for it. I made the mistake of using his services and for a simple sheetrock and metal stud framed building he was able to bill me over 15 hours within 3 days for an estimation job I eventually just did myself. It took me 3 hours to do myself and I won the bid. Anyone looking to outsource estimating, I would suggest just using a cheap take off service for quantities, I originally liked the idea of a seasoned veteran doing the takes offs and helping with pricing but at the end of the day all he wants is to run your bill up and pass it off as professionalism, it's not, it's calculated.
