Finding a good realtor can be the most difficult part of the home buying process. I met Tina while looking at a house she had listed, and though I didn't purchase that property, I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. I asked her if she would be willing to represent me in looking for another home and I am delighted to have done so! Tina's expertise made my journey towards buying a home incredibly easy! Beth was a Godsend! I was looking for something with very specific requirements and she was incredibly encouraging, patient, supportive and helpful. She got to know me and not only understood what I was looking for but why it was important to me. She kept me updated when something was coming online that I may want to see and was always accommodating my schedule so that I could look at houses as soon as possible. I found the perfect house for all of my needs and I would have settled for something less without her. I recommend her to everyone!

Don Borsh is an excellent estate agent. I found him to be knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the selling process well and answered my questions clearly. He kept me up to date with what was going on with the eventual buyers. He even stated that the house would sell within six months; it sold within three. Before listing the house, he made a few simple recommendations for me to do, which I did. Then he went above and beyond what one would expect of an agent. At the beginning he noticed that the landing to entrance of the basement was a bit spongy, so he brought his own tools and plywood to reinforce it. On the day of the final walk through of my house, due to a personal commitment, my cleaner had to back out at the last minute. Panicking, because I was at work, I called Don. He told me to remove some items that I still had lying around and then he came over and did about 80% of the cleaning, including the bathrooms. (I cleaned the other 20%). Finally I got more money for the house than I expected. I highly recommend Don.
