Nationwide Insurance: Kevin Daniels Agency

I cancelled an auto policy I had to bundle home and auto. I was told I needed to get an insurance inspection done on my vehicle. I called the agency and they said if I switched over to a local policy they could avoid the inspection so I did. Well, turns out they couldn't avoid the inspection and I had a temporary loss of collision on my vehicle with an outstanding lien. I called and they corrected this. They moved the balance I had prepaid online over to the new policy and told me I didn't need to pay anything else yet. I get a bill in the mail telling me my account has late fees for an unpaid balance. Eventually I cancel the policy because the headache is too much, got the refund and thought I was done with their incompetence.. boy was I wrong. I start getting SOMEONE ELSE'S insurances documents to my e-mail. I e-mailed them and let them know, to this day I'm still getting this guy's insurance paperwork. A month after cancelling I get a letter in the mail saying I owe nationwide $66. As I write this I am on the line with Nationwide's customer service and they let me know the original policy that was supposed to be cancelled and taken over on 7/13 wasn't actually cancelled until 7/19 so at one point this Agency let me have 4 policies running and billing concurrently. Avoid them at ALL costs and stick to getting your policy online. Unreal.
