Sparing everyone of the specifics, one of our teenage children got terribly sick in the backseat of our car, and we were able to book Scott late the night the incident occurred. We were able to drop off a very soiled, smelly vehicle the next morning and later that same day the car was returned to us better than when I bought the car brand new. Thank you Downeys Detailing! Scott did an amazing job on my car! He was super responsive to any questions I had and the booking online process is a breeze. My car was needless to say gross enough I didnt take before pictures. But the spotless after pictures speaks for itself. Highly recommend!
