      image I have used this car service 2 times in the past year and have been picked up and paid the driver in cash as instructed. Today I called to schedule a pick up for tomorrow. After giving my phone number the receptionist accused me of not showing up the last 2 times I scheduled a pick up. I am unclear why this was reported to him well in fact we were indeed picked up by a driver from this company those 2 times.
      Customer service is very poor. Not to mention the guy was very rude over the phone.
