I had a hairstylist destroy my hair & a lot of it fell out. I found Nina & have been with her for years! She took my hair that was breaking off & made it healthy. My color has never looked better & never gets brassy. She cares about her clients & is constantly educating herself & staff to learn new & better techniques. The best in the business.

When I stopped working in the city I needed a local salon for my cut and color. After a few poor experiences at other salons, I found Hair Boss By Nina Josephine. The quality of Ninas services and salon is a match to any high end salon in the city. Nina is knowledgeable, experienced, and professional- she listens to what you want and makes recommendations based on her years of knowledge and experience. Nina is a mentor and teacher to her amazing staff. I love seeing the salon growing and thriving. My cut and color has never been better, my hair has never been healthier. Highly recommend!
