Last year I had a fractured tooth that needed to be pulled and unfortunately, it was part of my bridge. Dr. Greenfield did the job, he pulled the tooth and then after several months he put in two implants. It all went splendidly. Since then, I have had to have some additional work done, one being a sinus lift. I was really scared but Dr. Greenfield and his assistant Margo did their best to reassure me that all would be well and of course it was. They were compassionate and professional. I could not be more pleased with the work that was performed and I highly recommend Dr. Greenfield and his staff.

The staff always greets you warmly. They are knowledgeable and efficient. You are not kept waiting long. The office is clean and well run!!! Dr Greenfield is patient and thorough and always answers any questions. Ive been an extremely satisfied patient for many years and I always appreciate all that he and his staff do for me.

By 60 years old, I was left w/ a good deal of dental work that needed to be done. I have had implants, sinus lift, and gum treatment to repair my mouth & I am so happy my general dentist recommended Dr .Greenfield to perform the perio work. Firstly, I walked in and there was no judgement , the staff was very friendly & said they have seen way worse, I was immediately comfortable. Dr. Greenfield is professional and understanding when I told him I was sensitive to pain and also needed my mouth to be presentable even while temps were in. DONE, Dr Greenfield is a pro!! As far as cost & efficiency of the office, they are again amazing. Dr Greenfield has a beautiful office, and I was worried about the cost based on that. I needn't have worried. He was more than competitive in his pricing & the office was really on the ball dealing with my out of pocket and insurable costs. They knew exactly how to make sure i got every penny back that was covered by my insurance. I was almost sad when he told me I was done & just check back with in 6 months. When you walk into that office your treated like a rockstar. If you're looking for great dental work, a comfortable atmosphere, & a flexible appt schedule - I highly recommend Dr Greenfield ! P.S.- I have seen Dr. Greenfield at both his Port Washington & Staten Island practice - another huge plus - he'll work with you in either office. Great staff in both & they communicate, so all seamless.

Unprofessional office manager in Staten Island. Port Washington is incompetent. Was given incorrect information at consultation then they preceded to incorrectly code the visit so my insurance wouldnt pay. And now they sent me to collection. What a joke- cant get by the front office disaster. Unfortunately for the Dr.-He was very nice, needs a much better and professional team to run his practice- had to give one star in order to post- i am actually giving it 0! Future endeavors? Thank you for your courteous reply I should also have mentioned when I called to make the appointment, Margo told me the initial consult fee comes off when you book the surgery. Well we didnt get that far because they kept coding it wrong. And so that was incorrect information provided to me as well by Margo. And now they sent me for collection for their lack of competence-specifically because of their front offices in Port Washington and the lovely manager Cheryl in Staten Island who hung up on me numerous times. I wish your phone calls were recorded. So again, thank you for your very caring reply. Best to you as well in your future endeavors Not quite exactly the way it happened, but of course that is your side of the story. My insurance told me it was coded wrong and said I went to Staten Island, I didnt so dont say I did. Regardless Im not wasting anymore time or energy with this. Your office is terrible- maybe something got lost in the translation with Margo and Cheryl. There is a bit of a language barrier. Not meant to be hurtful or untrue- I was told the consult would be taken off the surgery cost and you submitted the claim incorrectly which caused this whole thing to spiral- we know how complicated insurance companies are, so unfortunately you made an error that is very hard to rectify- and Staten Island didnt do anything to help make the matter better- she only complicated it.
