I quit there today. The freezer is broken. Theyre using bad food such as onions to make their sauces. The freezer is broken. The food is bad. Theres no food safety going on at all. I was treated so badly by the manager Kim. She so disrespectful and she isnt professional at all. She talks about drinking all day. Shes inappropriate with the staff. She threw sauce all over a wall. She told us to use peppers that fell on their very dirty floor, which 3 of the 4 of us doing it refused. I was labeling alone at one point which I was told was a 2 person job and as I was running out of labels and she just threw them about the floor. I was contacted by the owner after I quit. She told me she didnt know what happened but she had to terminate me. Which brought me back to when Kim threw the sauce on the wall and Anthony told her she had to clean and she told him I dont clean here, I clean at home. She also told Anthony he could tell Marlene (Owner) that she did it but she would only. Believe her anyway. Which is one of the most unprofessional things I have ever heard. As someone who is licensed to sell food and has over 100 hours of food saftey training (which Kim obviously didnt know), she should not be in charge of food of any kind for human or even animal consumption. And shouldnt be managing people of any kind as her vocabulary is very small and she just like to tell the staff how much she likes to drink and how she drinks bottles of wine by herself. Also asking employees their favorite alcoholic drinks, which is extremely inappropriate. I also found out she known people in my family. So I feel targeted and I really had no chance at the job day 1 because of her. -Tyler Beach
