        Worst landlords, ever. Do no care about their tenants, ignore our issues and concerns. Force us to use their cleaning service that does not clean our office. We have complained many, many times, both verbally and in writing and our issues are never addressed. We have no air conditioning when its hot, no heat when its cold, leaks in our ceilings, etc. The list goes on. Run, don't walk, away from any property owned by this company.

      Ms Doyle, We are sorry to hear about your concerns. As we don't have you listed as a current or past tenant, It is difficult to reach right out to you to address your concerns. Just a reminder that we all our tenant use an app called AppFolio so that with just a couple of simple clicks we can be aware of your concern and dispatch our team to address it right away. We also have the emergency phone number which is monitored 24 hours a day. I would hope you, or any of our tenants, let us know of each and every concern so it does not build up - like it seemed to do with you - and cause frustration. Our tenants are at the center of every decision we make, and we value their business.
