Terrible service. They shipped my $160+ order, never notified me of tracking, UPS allegedly was unable to deliver and then they never told me anything. After 10 days I called and they had attitude telling me it is not their problem. Horrible store never trust them.

This is the worst retailer of wine i have ever experienced. Please do yourself a favor and buy your wine anywhere else in the USA

Not good! 3rd time ordering from here online, then I get a call saying a few things out of stock etc. Last order one item was out of stock; was told I can wait or get the credit. I never got the credit asked a few times told to wait another few days.. its 2.5 weeks, store doesnt pick up the phone, etc.. Done with this place!
