I absolutely love Tater Tots Daycare. All of the caregivers are very knowledgeable and help me whenever I have questions/concerns about my child. I am a first time mom and I was a little nervous about sending my baby to care at such an early age but unfortunately, I need to work. My daughter is 4 months old now and I have seen her progress in the short amount of time that she's been in care (she's now turning over, cooing, and gripping with her fists). Friendly & respectful staff--clean, neat areas assigned specifically for toddlers & infants. I was called to pick up my child from care because she had a fever. I picked her up and took her to the hospital and turns out she had the flu. I am so grateful to them for taking care of my baby and informing me on how to care for my baby. I trust that my baby is in good hands. I've also picked my baby up early for her doctor appointments and I always find the toddlers and older children doing activities/crafts, dancing, or singing so I know staff is on their A game. Stellar daycare service!

My baby was there for about 5 months. If your baby cries too much they ask you to come pick up the child, even if they are not sick. That's what babies do sometimes.. Also when I picked up my child early, a newborn baby was crying, she was fairly new there. I asked about her and the employee there at the time said she was "just spoiled" and let her cry. If the child is too much of a hassle then they don't like it. They have an app which I like but could be better at responding and being interactive. Also I had to ask several times for things to be done the way I wanted. On several occasions they let my breast milk spoil even though I asked them to refrigerate it. Pretty sure they do whatever they want when the parents arent around. The staff is friendly though and the house is nice and clean. When it comes to the toddlers they were good with them and did lots of art projects and activities.
