While the food here is delicious, there is no proper management of the service. When it's busy there is no proper streamline. Forget calling an order in for pickup because the young girls who answer the phone will just place on hold and never come back to take your order. If you happen to be there to place an order, the lines get long while the staff behind the counter casually talk and take their time as if they do not notice the line growing. No hustle to get people their orders at all. I will happen to find a better deli for my sandwiches.

One of the few Italian classics style places left. I was looking for fresh lasagna sheets, called the store, the girl on the phone checked if they have it how much per pound etc when I arrived I was helped quickly, I will come back.

Lots of good stuff here - food is top notch! Id give a better review if not for the last time I went in this past Friday. I was going in to buy a few items to make carbonara as well as something for lunch when I saw a gentleman who I assume is the owner or manager screaming at the cashier in front of the entire store. I dont shop at places where management treats employees like that
