I was referred by a friend to this office. My visit with Dr. Rodriguez was outstanding! She addressed all my hearing needs. It is the most thorough exam I have ever experienced. Everything from the appointment making, office visit, and reception was exceptional.

Very professional and comprehensive service when I visited last month. While I needed only a replacement for my microphone, the staff and in particular the doctor was very thorough, evaluating the problem and explaining it and how the setup of my aid could be improved. The staff was not only pleasant, but very engaging. Moreover, they provided the service for exactly the price they quoted me, notwithstanding the extra time taken by the doctor. Highly recommend!

The absolute best!! Dr. Shannon is both compassionate and well-versed on the latest technology. His office is fully equipped for all aspects of audiology . Plus the staff is friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience. Went for a more comprehensive test after getting a basic exam elsewhere. Dr. Rodriguez was amazing. Very engaging and thorough, and explained what and why for every step. Made me feel very at ease. I will absolutely return for a future exam. Thank you for your professionalism and courteousness!
