        This is the second year I had my taxes done by the Plattsburgh office of Jackson Hewitt. My Tax Preparer was Katherine Glass-DesForge, Lead Preparer. I am quite "illiterate" as far as Taxes/Finances are concerned. I do NOT want to do my own Taxes and taking the risk of an IRS Audit, or short-changing myself. (This is the second year I got money back) Katherine was extremely helpful. Her patience and knowledge pertaining to taxes made me feel confident that I made the right decision. Each step in the preparation and each question she asked ensured me that I would end up with a result most beneficial to me. Overall, the people at the Jackson Hewitt office on Smithfield Blvd are efficient but also flexible as far as scheduling is concerned. I highly recommend this Tax Service for Tax Preparation.
