        Friendly staff. Make sure to read signs. I spent about five minutes because of my lack of awareness and didnt realize mens boots were downstairs. Cashier seemed new, but want to say she was very pleasant and helpful. Keep up the great work! The Carolinas are great! Have to update, the Carolinas were great for two 8 hour shifts. The metal clasp broke the third time tying the boots. Management was super helpful, called and spoke to him on the phone and then seen him a few days later. Quick and painless process and he even made a few recommendations. Will get my boots here for sure.

        Both employees (man and a woman) were high as a kite when I shopped here Thursday night (January 4) around 5pm. Im not talking about weed, this was something else. Ive been shopping here for years, but this time, the vibe of this place made me really uncomfortable
