RODNEY, THE SERVICE MANAGER, PROVIDED COMMUNICATION WITH MYSELF AND OUR MUTUAL CUSTOMER AND HELPED MOVE THE PROCESS ALONG IN A TIMELY FASHION - UNDER PROMISING AND OVER-DELIVERING. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW MUCH I APPRECIATE THE SUPPORT!

The entire team is pretty knowledgeable with the entire process, and thorough with making sure youre set up, and at least understand how to use your camper the first time. As a first time camper owner i feel confident after the final walk through.

Laurie, John and Andrew were wonderful to deal with for trading in and buying a new 2022 travel trailer. Laurie sat with me and asked what I was looking for in a new camper. Then we went out to look at what was on the lot. I had a wondering eye so she patiently showed me all the ones that caught my attention. Then we found the one. John and Andrew were very efficient at getting financing taken care of so we could bring it home. David goes over all the important details you need to know about your camper because things change with newer models. While packing it up I found a few things that needed attention. We got a Service appointment and everything was taken care of with friendly staff. Rodney listens carefully to your issues, writes them down and gives them to the Service Techs. Then they work their magic. So from start to service Plattsburgh RV has a wonderful staff to help their customers right here in the North Country. Its nice to keep your money local.
