      image Friendly and courteous staff who is very helpful and have a lot of patience. I went into Sherwin - Williams on three different occasions and I was helped by the same employee. I think her name is Karen. Karen was so helpful, knowledgeable, kind and have a lot of patience. I received the same quality customer service on my three visits. Celia (manager), you have a mini you working along side you. Karen is definitely a keeper. That's for sure
