        I am very grateful for the clinic and more grateful for the staff. I have never had a complaint about this clinic. The staff work hard to treat everyone with respect and meet our medical needs. I have been a patient since they opened the first VA clinic here in Plattsburgh when they were at CVPH.

        Just got home from my 1st VA clinic visit ever. I think I picked the best one! This place is new, spotlessly clean, and staffed by some of the nicest people in healthcare. Professional, punctual, and kind. The doctor I saw was attentive, professional, and listened intently to my health problems. If you're a disabled vet and have had terrible care from the VA at other clinics or hospitals, do yourself a favor and make an appointment. You will NOT be disappointed! THIS. IS. WHAT. VA. CARE. SHOULD. BE!
