Holiday Inn Express Plattsburgh

I had a room with double beds and I was there on my own and there wasn't much space to move around in, and the bathroom wasn't spacious at all 1 person space only. The door was right in front of the toilet and the shower was to the right by far the smallest bathroom in a hotel that I've come across. Bed was comfortable which is great. Breakfast was good they have a pool but I didn't use there late. Hotel price is value for money and lots of parking and restaurants are within walking distance.

Correct for the price. Breafest very horrible muffin was hard like rock eggs no good. Room clean shower big and glass windows. Pool very cold but nice Rooms: Propre confortable lit confo, grande tlvision de qualit. Nearby activities: Liquor store and apple bee next for be drunk very close Food & drinks: Le djeuner etait immonde. Plus rien de bacon etc, oeufs primes et pas gouteuse. Muffins dure solide comme la roche

We came with our family on Monday very late and I want to highlight the impeccable customer service that received us. Dipa (front desk) was amicable, attentive to our needs, and always willing to help out. Despite it being 1am when we came to the hotel, she was smiley and kind. Additionally , she came to our room to check the air conditioner that we thought wasnt working. I also want to mention Tamy (breakfast attendant), even when the breakfast area was closed, she still allowed my parents to get breakfast. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant+ the room was comfortable enough to rest after a long road trip. We absolutely recommend this hotel, not necessarily for its rooms or infrastructure but because the customer service provided is excellent! And that always makes a stay out of home more enjoyable!
