        We are in the process of purchasing a modular through P.H.O. We are from out of town but very familiar with the Plattsburgh area. Michelle has been spot on everything, every step of the way. I don't feel like we're in good hands, I know we are. Have asked several professionals who work with P.H.O. doing sitework etc., what they think of these guys. Every one of them has answered the same way. "if I was buying for myself, I'd buy from P.H.O.". Good enough for us. If I could give 6 stars, I would.
