Every visit to this store is a disappointment. Staff are rude and refuse to stock items. Stewarts is a company that has zero customer service skills.

Associates are always super awesome and very helpful. They always insist on checking their back stock to ensure that I don't leave without the time that I go in for. They really are the best. They also, always ensure that they keep a particular item that I purchase often, in stock for me. I appreciate them very much.

I went to this location on a vacation visiting my eldest at college and as we can see I do not look like Ill be 50 soon I lost my passport never had a state I.D but I do have a nyc I.d as well as a Medicad card with picture for both I was declined my purchase because neither scans even though you can punch in the code for the nyc I.d mind you I can barely walk yet my daughter walked with me what was supposed to be a 5 min walk ended up being a 20 min minus breaks walk I explained the situation to the manager and she rudely stated I will not be accepting either I..D I get minors try to purchase illegally but I was holding my proof of age I was was going pull my hat off and part my hair to show my years but I walked out instead as I had a long walk back. I was extremely livid Ive never been so angry

Great ppl always helpful my daughter had something embarrassing happen to her n they were quick to jump to her rescue can't ever thank the girls tht night enough u were her heros thank u so much
