        Seriously, the most friendly bank I have ever gone to! Lauren, Branch Manager of Plattsburgh, has gone above and beyond for me on my many accounts and for my mother. We both have auto loans here as well. During the pandemic, we fell behind a bit and she worked with us in every way possible. Every person at this bank is friendly and shows they are more than just a business. They deserve 6/5 stars. If youre looking to switch banks, dont even think twice. This is the one to go to!
