        My son failed the NYS English Regents June 2022 but passed the August retake with a 27 point higher score, all thanks to Laurences practical strategies and logical steps that helped my son move through the reading comp and written test with confidence. We wholeheartedly recommend Laurences private tutoring services; well worth the $ investment to see the excitement in my sons face when he received such a high passing score!

        Earlier this year, I contacted Precision Prep to register my son for their Catholic school entrance review. From the first point of contact, the interaction was professional, timely and personal. The Catholic school entrance review provided my son with the knowledge and test taking skills need to excel in the exam and gain admission to Chaminade H.S. I further worked with Mr. Mechanic for private tutoring sessions with my son in English. These sessions were exceptional. Mr. Mechanic connected well with my son, identified his opportunities for improvement, and worked with him to not only provide knowledge, but also to build his confidence. The tutoring sessions aligned with my son's class weekly learning objectives. I saw immediate results in my son's ELA grades. Mr. Mechanic communicated with me regularly to update on my son's progress. His approach was always reassuring, caring and professional.
