As a new customer this year, I found the staff at TaxWise Plus to be great to work with. Steve did an amazing job with my tax filing. He was very thorough, patient and communicated with me throughout the process. There is a lot of industry experience within their office and all my questions were answered promptly and professionally.

For years Lee Walter did our taxes and assured us that we would not have to worry we could continue with Tax Wise after his retirement. But we got a letter we were being dropped. We are both seniors have limited accessibility and cannot drive to Irondequoit where they recommended we should go. Tax Wise is 2 minutes from where we live. The letter also said don't bother to call to talk to us. We feel that we are being discriminated against and it is because of our age and we do not have investments. We are not important enough for them to bother them with having to do our taxes. Also we recommended 3 customers to use their services and they were not dropped like we were. I am in the process of reporting their company to the Better Business Bureau. Rev. James W Sheldon
