        Worst landlord ever more like a slumlord my mobile home I rented from him kept falling apart and he never sent anyone over to fix it jacked up my rent didn't care to work with me if I need a cuople More days to get rent paid I don't recamend. Him to my worst emey

        I lived at their East Avon Location for over six years. I loved area and the service the team provided, from top to bottom. This coupled with nice neighbors in an overall quaint, but great town. Makes me regret leaving the area. Perhaps, I will go back.

        Marcie is wonderful, love dealing with her. However, maintenance is severly lacking. Asked multiple times over the course of a couple years for things to be fixed. Still not fixed. And those things that maintenance did come out to repair are done cheaply and horribly. The unit itself is falling apart, and lack of maintenance does not help. Rent keeps going up, while quality is low.
