Everyone that works here is absolutely phenomenal. Dr. Kochman is excellent at what he does. My 6 year old had to have a tooth pulled today. She got to bring a therapy dog back with her. Then he preformed magic and her tooth was out. We were both highly entertained by him. Very reasonably priced. I will never take my daughter anywhere else!

Pittsford Pediatric Dentistry is a professional yet children oriented dental office. The staff greet you the moment you open the door. I love the changes they made during COVID. It shows how they can roll with something so serious & keep you comfortable at the same time. The staff there are always jovial and make going to the Dentist NOT a bad thing at all!!!

The staff was SO nice, especially Kim (sorry I did not catch her last name) and Dr Kochman. They talked through everything they were going to do to my nervous 5 year old. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. I would 100% recommend this office to anyone with kids!

This was my sons 1st experience at the dentist. I talked him up to be super excited about going & he really was looking forward to it! We were not even greeted at the door with even a simple Good Morning, it was very cold and unfriendly. Working in a child specific profession, I expected more. The dentist himself seemed very Nice, but seemed frazzled and stated he was under staffed for the day. When my son started crying because he was gagging from the brushing, the remainder felt rushed to finish up including putting fluoride on his teeth which didnt seem critical or even something I could have been given to put on when we got home once he calmed down. They may do a nicer job for older children, but certainly not for a 1st experience. We will not be returning.
