Product is great....lady I talked with in past gave me what I asked for and out the door...this time..a guy talks me into him building 2 lines....said it'll be cheeper all around...win win especially being fri he said he will call me mon to pick up....it's now wed.and I get a call from someone knowing nothing....said he didn't now what material I wanted lmao....I got pissed and she says.....sorry I've been off....what material do I want..........never mind...I'll waste more gas to come get my old lines.............too bad.......I do quite a bit of buisness in my shop

Slow to get products out. Took over a week while my bike was down. If you need the cable, find the part number and check to see if someone has it on Amazon for faster service. Stupid high quality products though

Ive always liked magnum cables. Great looking cables, unfortunatly I wont be purchasing from here anymore due to customer service. Not that they were rude, but they failed to act upon a mistake that this company made. A customer should not have to come out of pocket on something that a company messed up on. Not to mention a seperate company was to blame for wrongful measurements of a stock cable. When you choose from the websites "year, make, model" section and choose your bar height youd think they would send the right items. Not when that section is wrong on certain Harley Davidson models. So in the end I received short cables. Now magnum wants me to purchase longer cables, pay for overnight shipping (bike was going into a show saturday) when this is their mistake, or according to their fingers... Harley Davidsons fault. Instead of entertaining a company that has lost its values in customer care, (even when we are a repair/installation shop) I have decided to move on to another cable production company.
