I had my system wintered in early September 2023. The bill was mailed and dated 9/11. The following week I received three emails requesting payment. When I reached out explaining I've received many emails and the bill will be paid, I was then sent two more bills via emails before even the usual 30 day billing period began. Karissa was extremely rude and condescending. I asked her to remove me from her email list and she emailed again the following week. Isn't the usual billing period 30 days? I do NOT recommend this company for the harassing staff.
