Cody went above and beyond to take care of us this Christmas! He not only diagnosed problems with our old furnace, but was able to install a new one for us the same day! Cody is reliable, communicative, hard working, knowledgeable, and just overall a really nice guy. We will definitely continue to call Cody for all of our future HVAC needs. 10/10 would recommend!!

Wednesday our tankless water heater stopped working. I reached out to a Greece group looking for recommendations and Cody from Platinum HVAC was recommended and reached out. He helped me trouble shoot the problem and get back up and running. We scheduled him to come for service which he did today. He was on time and took the time to educated us about or systems. He found a problem we were unaware of in our frunace and brought it to our intention. Now we are waiting for a gasket to see if that fixes the leak we have. I feel like we are in good hands with Platinum HVAC Solutions, Inc. I would highly recommend!

Highly recommended. Cody was professional and found time to quickly respond and assess the problem with my gas furnace. He had the replacement part with him that day.
