They made their entire staff work from home and then made them install cameras to monitor them in their own homes. They also threatened to fire anyone that wouldnt do this and said word for word you forfeit any right to privacy when you work from home when entire teams voiced their disapproval. DO NOT ever work here.

This place is the biggest joke. A literal revolving door. The WORST call center to work for in Rochester. Ghetto, nasty, and High School Part 2. They will hire anybody and everybody which is a TERRIBLE thing. The client is of Asian decent and see employees as disposable and replaceable. They probably put a ton of pressure on recruiters to constantly fill gaps from firing people for minor learning opportunities. Thats why I received a dozen e-mails a week begging me to interview. Theyre not even on site and never take any time to know whos working for them. They do NOT allow any room for growth. Your first mistake youll be looking termination in the eyes. Basically if you do anything other than be a revenue generating robot, youre fired. Despite you being on the frontlines, youre not allowed to have bad days. You are to be yelled at, cussed out, and verbally abused without defending yourself. If you speak up for yourself even in the politest way possible, thats customer abuse. They do not value you. They CERTAINLY do not invest in you I dont even know why they lie like that. Find a company that will actually remember your name. Here you are just an able body. For a measly $16/hr. Wouldnt even want to admit I ever worked here, the place is embarrassing.
