Dunnwood Green Apartments

My wife and I had the pleasure of renting at this property recently. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly to work with, the property is very clean and well maintained and the location was very convenient. The Compass Club is a wonderful space full of amenities, pool, workout room and community meeting space. It is also dog friendly property. We would highly recommend Dunnwood Green.

Dunnwood is a great place to live! The staff is wonderful and they respond in a prompt and professional manner to all matters whether they are big or small. The complex is extremely well maintained. It is without reservation that I would recommend living at Dunnwood Green.

10/10! The long anticipated wait for building 2 to be built was well worth the wait! You won't find a better place to live hands down! Easy, maintenance free living with high end amenities at your finger tips! I've never seen a management team so engaged and so responsive to all the communities needs, they truly go above and beyond to make living here like no other!

high end apartment with an excellent layout . storage room on your floor is convenient ... very quiet . use the workout center almost daily and having the ability to get a peloton bike membership is a nice option ... staff are helpful and informative the location is ideal close to any service you need

We have lived in Dunnwood Green since the opening, in August, 2022. I personally had much reservation about selling our big, beautiful home but I soon realized this was the best decision. Dinnwood Green is a family. Not only is it absolutely beautiful, and a fabulous location, but it is very obvious that the entire community works hard to make this a home we all can be proud of. We are 5 minutes from everything!!!! The clubhouse is always hopping: birthday celebrations, Oktoberfest, Halloween, trivia nights, Whiskey tastings, cooking class, Euchre and MaaJong nights,football games, pool parties, and so much more. Theres something for everyone!!! You can work out in the beautiful gym, meet with a friend in the library, grab a delicious cup of coffee or drink in the family room or just hang out with friends. We love our Dunnwood family. It truly was the perfect move for us!!!
