        Poor service, inaccurate appraisal, poor customer service and clearly a history of it based on their poor ratings. We ended up having a different appraiser complete a review and had a very different result. This was clearly needed after we had a in depth review of the report from Keuka Appraisal Services which was clearly lacking in effort, integrity and substance. Choose wisely and choose someone else.

        Id give it zero if I could. An employee there BRENDA HAWLEY. Decided to storm into a new mothers house uninvited after work, screaming, waking the baby up, then proceeded to be wrong about the whole situation over a PARKING SPOT. Ridiculous and childish. And instead of apologizing she informed people to tell the police as she knows nothing will happen to her. Nasty attitude and I wouldnt support a business that employees people like this.

        Would not recommend. Appraiser did the wrong house after giving VERY detailed directions and description of same. Secretary is rude. Very unprofessional staff overall.

        Ive been very satisfied with the prompt service I always received from Keuka Appraisals. Ive been on numerous appraisals with them and not only do they always show up promptly. They are courteous, professional, and always listen to any details that may be pertinent to their appraisal.

      Dan, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. It is our goal to provide accurate and credible results in our appraisals, and sometimes those results do not match what the client or borrower believes the property is worth. If there were inaccuracies in the report, please call our office so that we can amend the report if needed. If the appraisal was ordered through a lending institution please ask your lender to reach out to us to make any corrections. If you would like to discuss this further please call our office and we would be happy to talk with you.
