        Brought my truck in need of major and minor repair work. Shared in wirting and verbally what it needed multiple times. Could not get an estimate or any work done. When finally fed up and got frustrated, shop owner became belligerent and rude. Lost 2 months of income on a power unit because this shop either doesn't know how to manage time or doesn't care about new business. Either way I would avoid like the plague. As to me being new to the trucking industry, I have over 20 years and funny how the next shop had no problem accepting my cash. If you can't own up to being an inadequate business, don't lie to cover it up.
