I can't say enough on how great my home buying experience with Mary. I bought a small holiday home from Finger Lakes which I intend to eventually do some short term rentals as well while we are not using the home. Mary understood my requirements and my budget and she was very helpful. Through out the process she was so helpful and responsive. It really helped because I was living 250 Miles away in New Jersey. Mary's knowledge on the area and also on the work that property needs was very helpful. Her expertise actually helped me to drop one of the homes that I was interested in (because she saw possible structural work that would involve). I am a firm believer that we don't meet people by accident, and I am so thankful I met a wonderful human as Mary to help me with my home buying need. She made the process so painless. She is so knowledgeable and honest, she is truly amazing at what she does. Thank you Mary for making our home buying experience so pleasant.
