We had a great experience Marsha and her team helped us find the perfect home! They sold our old home in one day and we had 3 different offers! I feel that the professional quality photos really showcased our home so people knew what they were Coming out to see before the open house. His group was very flexible with showing times
And were more than
Willing to work around my husband and Is Work schedules while trying to find is a new house that was perfect for our family within both or budget and location rules. Lastly I want to say this group was very professional and knows there stuff, they have many community connections so if you need to find an inspector, roofer or mason they know just where to point you for quality estaments and service .

Terrible. Leader, Marcia never available. After listing home, only time I talked to her was twice, when needed to counter the offer. Many times after that, I called multiple times and left messages to call back, she will just replied with short text. She never bothered to call and let us know how the sale was progressing. You have to call her to find out and she won't call yo back. She will just replied with short text. Even at the time she never called. Neither she or none of her agent came with client when buying agent came to show house.
I would not recommend her at all. Probably, because I negotiated comission from 6% to 5%, she lost the interest, I don't know.
