These guys did an excellent job. I was happy I could easily get an oil change and be in and out in about 15 minutes.

I went to the Penfield location today for an oil change, my first time going to Valvoline. It was great! Andy, Will and Aaron were the guys working on my car. They were all so friendly and polite. I will definitely be back for my next one. They all seemed to love their job and were having fun chatting while working which was so nice to see! It was a great experience all around!! Thanks guys!!

Worse company ever,If they break something in your car they will not cover it they will blame it at you they broke my brother oil drain plug and a piece of the oil pan and blame it at him and their corporate manger is racist. Do not go to it or youll regret it.

I went to them to do an oil change and they broke my oil pan and refused to take the responsibility for it and after I said I cant pay to fix it and I was telling them they have to pay for it the boss asked me for my raise. I dont recommend going there!!
