      image Do not move in they will tell you everythings included in rent and will charge you random fees I also have a dog and the manager Kim told me I should find a home for my dog and told me I dont know how to take care of him and to get rid of him when shes never met us in person very unprofessional place they will also double charge your extra fees they dont talk about I also found rubber bands for braces toe nail clipping when sweeping under the vents Ive only lived here for 3 months and been harassed by other residents and the manager if you have a dog and it barks your accused of being an abuser

      Colin; first of all I have met you in person several times. Secondly, you are at risk of losing your privilege to have a dog because instead of taking it outside to walk it you have been allowing it to urinate on the balcony, which is running down the siding and the entire balcony beneath you is covered in urine, which you admitted to doing. If you were the one who's balcony was being affected by another resident's dog urine I'm sure you would want me to enforce the rules.

      image maintenance requests are ignored, noisy neighbors and the office doesnt do anything. Disgusting bathroom, have complained about this in my first week of living here and my request/multiple other ones were marked as completed
