TERRIBLE service. The agent was completely disengaged. We are leaving this awful company as they only take your money and are nice to you until you have a claim. Then they give you zero advocacy with the company that they put you with. You all should leave immediately before you actually need some help.

I can't speak highly enough about the Meridian team. When I first switched our home owners, liability and car insurance I was surprised that they were able to INCREASE my coverage while also decreasing the cost. And then, when I had to make my first claim they helped me through every step from helping me anticipate my claim amount (so I could decide on a replacement vehicle) to helping speed my claim processing to ensuring I had a good loaner in the meantime. Their responsiveness, care and concern were all you can ask for. I highly recommend.

Cant thank Robbie from Meridian Risk Management enough. After searching the market he was able to save me some money on my homeowners and car insurance. I was very pleased with the customer service. Highly recommend this company for all your insurance needs!
