        Finding your dream home/property is a wonderful achievement yet it is only one step in making it a reality. You will need a partner, a mortgage company and representative who knows their industry and the unique state hurdles that have to be overcome. Cross Country Mortgage is my mortgage company on my current home, so it was an easy decision in working with them on the next property. An unexpected resource was meeting our New York mortgage team Andrew Tobin and Lyn Baker a true pair of professionals. We had the privilege of not working just on a deal, we had the opportunity to do two because the first one fell through when the seller backed out just before closing. They were responsive, knowledgeable and patient to help us through the last 30 days of closing. Which was appreciated and a blessing in those most stressful moments.
