My husband and I recently bought our home and used GAD AIR to service our HVAC units for the season. Gerard and his crew are amazing. They were professional, honest, on time and walked us through maintenance and repairs so we could better understand how to take care of the units. GAD provided excellent service on our home heating and AC system. They are punctual, efficient, organized, and knowledgeable. Gerard fixed all of our issues with proficiency. GAD Air is incredibly professional and reliable. I've used them to install a forced air heat pump and AC unit as well as install new duct work since the original installer poorly designed our system. Our house is perfectly cool in summer and warm in winter thanks to their great job. I couldn't recommend them more. Everyone at GAD Air was very helpful from Antoinette who spoke to me over the phone and fit me in their very busy schedule to Gerard and his wonderful team who came out to provide service. Even before they knew what the problem was, Gerard and team set up commercial electric heaters in my house to ensure that my family and I will be warm for the coming cold front. No other company has ever done that!!! Right at the initial appointment, it was very reassuring to have very knowledgeable technicians to work with on getting my HVAC replaced. Gerard took the time to explain to me what went wrong and what he was proposing to do. He and his team were very polite, punctual and very professional. Gerard patiently explained what he was doing and also gave us sound tips on how to properly maintain and care for our new system. GAD Air was also very transparent with fees.
