I have a watch that is sentimental and brought it for a new battery somewhere else and was told , it's not the battery the watch is broken I then brought it to Gold Palace on Main St in Patchogue and they told me also that it's not the battery but went the extra mile to look closer and notice only a small spring missing that held the battery in place. They fixed the issue right there. Very kind and professional , I highly recommend this business.

I came into the store and I was greeted with a beautiful smile from a beautiful lady I gave her my two pieces of jewelry and she fix my nameplate and she took an elegant piece of jewelry and made it into a regular piece of jewelry it still made it look beautiful I had no problems and I recommend this place to anyone
