Went to Painted Post, NY store. Tried to buy food grade buckets. They rang up incorrect. Told cashier who then called someone up front. That person made me show where the sale said 2 for $6. I walked back, showed them and then went to Home Depot next door..Maybe they should know what is on sale instead of making it look like I was lying in front of other customers.

I am so disappointed in your ship to store. I ordered a pair of boots, said would ship in 2 days took 4 days. Order was placed on the 12th shipped on the 16th and still has not arrived at the store. I call the store and no one can help me. Order states wont be delivered until the 22nd of February. This is rediculous. Why does it take so long to get an order.

The staff is very knowledgeable within the realm of expectations. Had two standard propane tanks that needed to be filled, and an employee informed me that the tanks were not only pass their date of use, but also how to read the manufacturer date, how long the tanks are good for, and how to get new ones free of charge. I regret not getting his name but thank you so much! This store is so well kept and the employees are so eager to help, I appreciate businesses like this!
