Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I've worked with Enterprise before at various airports in the country. I have an account with them for rewards because I like their services. However, Enterprise at 86-02 ROCKAWAY BLVD,OZONE PARK,NY11416 is by far exceptional and takes it to the next level of customer service and professionalism. The branch manager (I believe that's her title) and her staff understood my situation with the repair shop. They checked in and informed me of policies when I could not extend it verbally so I had ample time to come in and renew another contract. I had their vehicle for six weeks. Honestly, I'll go out there just to rent a vehicle. I appreciate great service. Plus, they have arranged of vehicles.

I wanted to give it a few times of renting before I wrote a review. I believe consistency is key. Everytime I have rented from here it has been a pleasant experience. The most recent time although customer service, from Gio, was top notch I ran into an issue while I had the car. When trying to get it resolved, I became very frustrated and it showed through the conversation but Jotei handled it with such compassion, understanding and she remained leveled headed. She did not match my energy rather she explained, compensated what she could and ensured the manager got back to me so my other issues could be addressed. Once it reached Aneisha she listened to understand the problem, offered a solution and handled my concern swiftly. I have come into the office multiple times and every interaction with Aneisha has been amazing. Although I have not interacted with the rest of the team I see how they interact with other customers and they all display great customer service. Whatever management is doing (because it starts from the head) they are doing something right. As long as Im in need of a car I would rent from this location and enterprise as a whole because their mission statement aligns with their actions. So even if my issue was not resolved in the manner that I wanted, and the outcome wasnt favorable for me. I still would be grateful in how they handled me as an individual. Thanks Jotei, it was really you who changed my disposition because of yours. Thanks for your exceptional customer service and Aneisha for remaining consistent in who you are for every interaction.

I needed a rental, it was through an insurance claim. The young lady who picks the phone up is extremely rude and short coming . No desire to help . If you hate customer service work else where . I will have my insurance claim transferred to another enterprise. Need to safe myself the headache
