This location is closed due to COVID19, but the next closest location is on 98th Street and 101st Avenue, and the hours there are Monday to Friday from 9am to 3pm and Saturday from 9am to 1pm. My mom likes this bank. I'm not very familiar with it.

Went there at 2:24 pm, staff inside the office said they were closed. Really? Told me to go to Woodhaven office. I guess she expected me to fly there since they all close at three. Seriously inconvenient.

Says they are open, but they aren't. No one answering phones. Went there in February to do an address change only to find out during the pandemic they didn't do their job. Now I have to find an open branch. I went to this location last week bcuz they said OPEN when they are NOT. WORSE BANK EVER
