I am so happy Theresa is back in Owego!! She listens thoroughly, empathetically, and puts her PATIENTS first. I trust her completely. While I find the Lourdes Health Care System to be inefficient and very frustrating to deal with, having Theresa in my corner makes dealing with the bureaucracy, etc. worth it.

She is by far one of the very few medical professionals who takes the time to listen to me you and what your concerns are. She speaks directly to me, not the computer screen. She takes time with her patients and never have I felt that I was in a factory where you have to keep pumping out to meet your quota. She has great medical knowledge!
