This place does not care truly about their patients they are inconsiderate very rude to the disabled and do not listen to their patients! they are very selfish & money hungry! and making personal attacks Denial of coverage in personal attack for me was wrong!! I asked if they accepted fidelis/Medicaid and I have disabilities, when I was about to update my insurance to pay a late $50 fee that I am NOT AT ALL responsible for my former insurance was that no longer is in New York! they say it being over 90 days we are personally denying coverage only to you. Denying me service and coverage in personal attack!! Receptionist honestly was rude and very unprofessional. sure shows that 90 day policy sucks and has lead me to never trust doctors and physicians further... I will never go there to this dentist again this dentist does not truly care about their patient's health ! Never returning there again!!! Absolutely absurd & totally Corrupt!! I have a father passing of cancer last thing I need is to deal with corrupt ignorant doctors

Great experience! Very nice to work with. Did a super job in saving my tooth- hasn't looked this good for years! Attentive and listened. Fair pricing. Conservative in what needs to be done - and not pressuring. A+++++

Dr Cook is the best he has always taken great care of me and brother when we where younger. And now I will be going back to him for my teeth again.
