Ive had the pleasure to rent from Avery rentals for the last year and it has been a great experience. Gorgeous luxury apartment with a great view of the city/river. A very clean and safe place to live with extra security for all of the tenants here. Thanks to Atom for all of the help along the way and being prompt any time I contacted him!

My daughter needed to find a one-bedroom apartment for her senior year at SUNY Oswego. We looked at three properties, all of which were very nice, but the property on 116 West 3rd St. was exceptional. It was move-in ready, with no cleaning required. If there was ever an issue, such as a clogged drain, all my daughter had to do was fill in an online work order and within a couple of hours it was fixed. There was a designated parking spot on the property and there was never an issue with snow or garbage removal. If my daughter ever had a question, she could text Atom (the landlord) or call Sue (the office manager), and would get an immediate response. Even though the apartment was listed with no pets, Atom was willing to allow my daughter to bring her cat since it was her first time living alone. This meant the world to her. I highly recommend Avery Property Rentals!

We would definitely recommend these apartments. My husband and I have lived at 116 W 3rd St for over a year and we loved it there! Atom Avery and Sue were very responsive and kind every time we had questions, the other tenants are great. We never had any issues while living here. The style of the victorian apartments is absolutely lovely.
