        Great communication skills! First the shop had to contact me to inform me of a substitution for one of the flowers in my arrangement. They wanted to ensure that I was okay with the substitution. Then, on the day of delivery, they contacted me again to advise me that the recipient was not home, and requested to have them sent out the next day. 100% great overall experience with Maidas shop! They were professional, courteous, and a pleasure to do business with!
